Return Policy

Customers have a 15-day return period from the date of purchase for all products from Nikkah Nama by Marium, however, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, as received.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if an incorrect item was received, contact us immediately so we can assess and address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Customized products cannot be refunded. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out.

Late delivery

We prioritize timely delivery and strive to meet all expected delivery timelines. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to minimize any delivery delays and ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy aims to balance customer needs with the costs involved in processing cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order because the wedding date changed/cancelled, please contact us as early as possible and we will see how to accommodate you. 

Exchange Policy

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order separately after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. As with other returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
