Shipping and Delivery

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail, while international orders are handled by UPS, with tracking information provided for every order. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Expected delivery times are as follows:

• UK 
  Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days  
  Express Service: 1-2 working days  
• Europe  
  8-12 working days  
• Worldwide
  10-15 working days  

Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees, which vary based on the destination country and package value. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering these fees to ensure timely delivery of their orders.

To help avoid any disappointment, we encourage customers to place orders as early as possible. In case of a delay, please feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with any updates we receive. We are unable to offer refunds for delayed deliveries. 

We understand that prompt delivery is essential for our customers, and we work diligently to meet the expected delivery timeframes. However, in the rare cases where delivery times are impacted by unforeseen events outside of our control, please note that refunds will not be issued as the item will reach you eventually
