UK: orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take 48hrs after dispatch.

Please be aware that the colors of the printed version may appear slightly different from the one on the screen due to variations in printing processes.

 EU and non-EU countries orders will be tracked and can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the country.

All prints are packed in a thick board envelope that says 'Do Not Bend' - ensuring that no damage is caused to the item(s) during the delivery process.

Refunds, and exchanges are not accepted since the certificate is personalized - Message me ASAP if you notice that a mistake has been made- I will try my best to resolve the issue.
